Shipping and Delivery

1. What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.

2. What are your shipping options?
Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Free Worldwide Shipping For All Orders.

3. How long will it take to ship my order?
Since each item is made to order, it can take 3-5 business days to process after placing the order before it is shipped out. However, your order starts production within the first 24 hours. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

4. What are your shipping times?
Europe: 7 - 15 days
USA and Canada: 10 - 21 days

5. Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

2. How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.
We will accept any returns for all undamaged and unused items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases .
We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at Support@houseart.uk and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.

3. What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

2. What material are the canvases and paints made of?
High quality cotton linen and acrylic paint, 100% safe and non-toxic.

3. Can we preview the effect of the customized pictures?
You can send your pictures to our mailbox Support@houseart.uk, and our designers will send you back the converted renderings.

4. Buy 2 get 1 free, do you want a product of the same size?
No, you can pick any item of any size on our website.

5. There is not enough paint, can you deliver more?
Absolutely we can! This condition is extremely rare because we have provided absolutely sufficient paint in each of our package. If this happens unfortunately, we will deliver it for you absolutely free of charge, please contact us immediately.
