Yes, we refund without questions. We would of course like to know if the fault is on our side and if there is anything we could do better. We are always striving to improve our products, but if you are not satisfied, you will get your money back.

This situation is rare, as we provide absolutely enough paint in each of our packages. We will deliver additional colors to you free of charge if necessary. Please contact us immediately.

Completion time varies, but typically, a standard-sized kit may take between 6 to 12 hours of painting. We recommend taking your time and painting at your own pace to ensure the most enjoyable experience.

10. Can I order a Paint by Numbers kit as a gift?

Yes, our kits make great gifts! You can purchase one and have it shipped directly to the recipient. If you’re not sure which kit they’d like, we also offer gift cards as an alternative.

11. I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?

11. Why can’t I find a specific product anymore?

In our online shop, you will only find products that are currently in stock. Particularly popular products, colors, or sizes may sell out quickly. Feel free to browse—you’re sure to find excellent alternatives in our product range.

There is no need to mix the colours, just use the brush to colour in the appropriate areas. You can also decide the order of coloring according to your wish. Finally, you will create your own piece of artwork that you can be proud to show off to your family and friends.

1. What are your shipping times?

Free shipping 7-15 days. Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you by email after shipment. You can also learn about your shipment information on our shipment tracking page.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to addresses within USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and visit the "Track" section for order tracking.

4. My picture/product was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What’s going on?

We’re very sorry for this frustrating situation! Based on experience, some postal workers may forget to leave a "pickup card" for recipients. In most cases, the package is waiting at your local post office or was delivered to a neighbor. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office first.

5. My delivery address has changed—what should I do?

If you have a new address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update the shipping address before dispatch. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, the address change will no longer be possible.

6. I received the wrong picture/product. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! Please contact us at Support@houseart.uk, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. My kit is missing accessories. What should I do?

This is very frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience! Since our shipping times are relatively long, we recommend quickly purchasing the accessories from a local craft store, and we’ll refund you 10% of the purchase price. Alternatively, we can also send you the new accessories on request, but this may take 1–2 weeks.Please inform us via Facebook or email at Support@houseart.uk.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

2. I don’t like the design, is an exchange possible?

Of course, an exchange is possible! Please return the picture to us according to our cancellation policy.If you’d like to exchange your picture for another one, include a note with the return, briefly mentioning the new image you’d like. Don’t forget to tell us which new picture you’d like us to send to you.

3. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

5. How do I cancel an order?

We’ll begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at support@houseart.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. But note that cancellations are not possible if production has started or the order has shipped.
