1. Do I need to be an expert in art to enjoy a Paint by Numbers kit?
Absolutely not! Our kits are designed for all skill levels. They come with clear, simple instructions, making it simple for beginners to create beautiful artwork, while still offering an enjoyable challenge for more experienced artists.
2. What age is the product suitable for?
Our sets are suitable for children aged 4 and over. A special children's collection is available.
3. I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?
If you've made a purchase with us, you should receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you haven't received the confirmation, here are some possible reasons:
1.) You may have entered the wrong email address.
2.) Please check your spam folder. The confirmation may be there.
3.) The order process may not have been completed correctly.
If this happens, please don't worry and contact us immediately. We will help you resolve the issue.
4. What if I run out of paint before I finish?
This situation is rare, as we provide absolutely enough paint in each of our packages. We will deliver additional colors to you free of charge if necessary. Please contact us immediately.
5. What materials are your paints made of, and how fast do they dry?
We use high-quality, fast-drying acrylic paints that are ideal for Paint by Numbers. This ensures you get vibrant colors with a quick-drying time, giving you a smooth and enjoyable painting experience.
6. How long does it take to complete a Paint by Numbers kit?
Completion time varies, but typically, a standard-sized kit may take between 6 to 12 hours of painting. We recommend taking your time and painting at your own pace to ensure the most enjoyable experience.
7. Can I order a Paint by Numbers kit as a gift?
Yes, our kits make great gifts! You can purchase one and have it shipped directly to the recipient. If you’re not sure which kit they’d like, we also offer gift cards as an alternative.
